Rewards, Coupons & Tokens

The Engagement Platform comes with a coupon, token, & reward system that calls for no or very limited integration with 3rd-party providers.

  • Coupons can be activated in the app at the POS using bar codes, QR codes or text strings. Different coupons can be generated and displayed based on user properties (e.g. postcode)

  • The reward system enables insurers to target specific customers with rewards based on driving performance or activities.

  • The token system is a useful tool to generate value points for customers over time that can be used to pay for the policy, ecosystem service, reduction in deductible, etc. The tokens can also be granted to fix specific service problems and can have fixed validation period.
