Customers are guided step-by-step through the claims process which ends with all parties involved in an incident receiving a comprehensive incident report, with pictures, for digital signature as well as the insurance companies.

The insured customers can also send private information to their claim handler once the report has been sent for signature. The app then notifies the customer about any changes to the status of the claim, e.g. approval of a claim, and guides the customer where to take the car for repairs.

The app creates a FNL report in the Verna Core Insurance system which claims assessors can immediately start processing ensuring maximum efficiency.
